As Construction Manager, Peter oversees all construction projects. He also manages and mentors Mono’s project teams to ensure consistently high performance across all operations.

Developing and retaining the best talent is Frances’s top priority. By managing Mono’s HR/HSE strategies, she ensures they align with our overall business strategy and that all staff remain safe, healthy and happy.

Working with the leadership team, Michelle drives business improvements to ensure the team is meeting Mono’s business objectives.

As head of marketing and events, Jodie is responsible for the coordination, planning and implementation of internal and external marketing initiatives.

George plans, directs and oversees our construction projects to ensure projects are safely delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

With nearly four decades of construction experience, Senan is an expert Senior Contracts Administrator who prepares, examines and analyses all contracts at Mono.

Jake is an experienced construction manager who drives all quality control measures and maintenance management during the post completion stages.
