Our construction solutions are robust. Our Cost Plus service offers a solution for projects requiring commencement that are awaiting completed design documentation, while our Design and Construct service offers complete coordination of the professional services required to plan, design and construct a project.
The Design, Develop and Construct service offering includes basic design, with the requirements defined by the client. We engage and coordinate all required construction professionals to complete the design and carry out the works.
Mono is also available for Lump Sum services, where we act as one of many professional organisations engaged by the client. The client has full control over the design, while Mono acts as the construction manager of the project.
