Post-Construction: Quality Assurance & Maintenance Support

Mono’s commitment extends well beyond handover. Our post-construction team delivers ongoing quality assurance, remedial works, and support throughout the defect liability period to ensure long-term performance and value.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, the team works closely with clients, tenants, and facilities managers to swiftly resolve defects, manage handover documentation, and provide tailored maintenance programs.

From minor repairs and defect rectification to long-term service agreements, this team ensures every project continues to perform well after completion.

Pre-development

The pre-development phase of the Mono process involves all design modelling and finalisation, in-depth budgeting and obtaining all development and construction approvals.

This stage involves the process of developing optimal designs, costing for all resources and overcoming the challenge of permitting procedures.

Our team uses collaborative design thinking to deliver a full range of design concepts and revisions to meet all requirements for construction approval.
