As Head of Operations, Peter oversees all construction projects. He also manages and mentors Mono’s project teams to ensure consistently high performance across all operations.

Developing and retaining the best talent is Frances’s top priority. By managing Mono’s HR/HSE strategies, she ensures they align with our overall business strategy and that all staff remain safe, healthy and happy.

George ensures all pre-construction functions, including tendering, estimating, development and design activities are aligned with client expectations and project objectives.

With nearly four decades of construction experience, Senan is an expert Senior Contracts Administrator who prepares, examines and analyses all contracts at Mono.

Jake is an experienced construction manager who drives all quality control measures and maintenance management during the post completion stages.
