Mono Constructions delivered Stage 4 and Stage 5 of Landcom’s Public and Private housing projects as part of the long-term renewal of Newleaf – Bonnyrigg’s public housing estate. The project concept plan was prepared by LAHC and approved by the Department of Planning and Environment in 2009.
Mono excelled in managing 4 sites at once across multiple stakeholders. On completion Mono delivered a total of 54 apartments over 3 levels creating a new standard for quality social housing projects. The project consisted of extensive civil works and external parking. The project provided new social and private housing to create a socially mixed community. Landcom were very impressed with the final project delivery by Mono Constructions which was delivered on time and budget and praised Mono’s flexibility with adapting to changes to the project scope.
