Mono Constructions were thrilled with the result of the construction of 15 Seniors Housing Apartments for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. Delivering on consolidation into a single lot at 6 -8 Richards Ave over 3 storeys with associated landscaping.
Following the demolition of existing structures, the project was built to consist of six 1 bedroom dwellings and 9 two bedroom dwellings. Basement parking was inclusive for 12 cars. The project met the specific requirements of the scope with attention to detail on all the aspects for seniors living with high quality modern finishes and modern landscaping.
