We are Mono Constructions, an Australian owned, family-oriented construction company founded in 2002.
We have a dedicated team who are encouraged by a supportive and forward-thinking leadership team. Our Support Office is based in Rydalmere, Sydney with our projects spreading from the Central Coast to Western and South Sydney.
With new projects coming on board, we are now seeking a Skilled Labourer to be part of our journey. This opportunity will allow you to work across both residential and commercial construction projects ranging from $5M – $35M.
The Role
As a Skilled Labourer, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Assisting a range of different tradesmen as required
- Undertaking a variety of roles including manual handling, operating power and hand tools
- Undertaking any maintenance works
- Carry work out in accordance with procedures & WHS requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc labouring tasks as directed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A self-motivated hard worker with a strong work ethic
- White Card
- Previous building industry experience as a Builders Labourer
- Competent in using a wide range of hand and powered tools
- Drivers Licence and own transport
- Commitment to the highest Work Health Safety standards
