Mono has successfully completed the four-building complex at Airds Stage 9 as part of Homes NSW’s Airds Bradbury Project. The development comprises 31 Seniors Living Units across two and three-storey buildings, including basement parking, communal space, associated utility connections, site landscaping works, and public domain upgrades.
Delivered in line with Homes NSW’s vision, the project provides long-lasting, low-maintenance housing with quality amenities and contemporary design to support the needs of seniors and the wider community.
