Mono has successfully delivered a six-building complex for the final stage of Homes NSW Communities Plus Rosemeadow Renewal project. The completed development features two- and three-storey structures comprising 45 independent living units for seniors. It includes a split-level basement for parking, communal gardens with all necessary utilities connections, extensive site and landscaping works, and enhancements to the public domain.
This project reflects Mono’s commitment to supporting Homes NSW in providing high-quality social housing for seniors across NSW. The delivery consists of durable, low-maintenance buildings designed with a high level of amenity for residents and each apartment, complemented by contemporary design elements that enhance the community.
