Mono Constructions was appointed as the Builder for Stage 1 of the Eventide Homes Village Expansion project in Padstow – The Jacaranda Building. Eventide Homes are instrumental in providing affordable independent accommodation to Seniors who are over the age of 55. The project consisted of a combination of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments across 3 levels inclusive of a lift and basement parking. A total of 18 state of the art independent apartments were completed in Stage 1. The Village will be expanded in stages to increase the capacity from the current 47 apartments up to 100 apartments.
Mono Constructions was able to maintain essential services in a live environment to limit disruptions and build new infrastructure within an existing village of residents. Monthly newsletters were created and distributed by Mono to keep residents informed of progress. Mono was extremely grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the provision of affordable quality housing facilities for our Retirement Village communities.
