Federal Safety Commission Accreditation
Mono has been accredited by the Australian Federal Safety Commission (FSC) under the Work, Health and Safety (WHS) Management Scheme – the highest recognised level of best practice workplace health and safety systems in Australia. The accreditation scheme is designed to improve health and safety in the building and construction industry. In achieving this accreditation Mono successfully implements the highest safety management systems and demonstrates that these are being followed on site, subject to rigorous compliance checks and audits.

Master Builders Association 2020
Mono was the proud winner of the Master Builders Association 2020 Excellence in Housing Award in the Home Unit category.
The judges were particularly impressed with the perfect balance of space and size when it came to putting the end user at the forefront, the quality of the finish and attention to detail.
Groundbreaker Awards 2021

This was a global awards program of which Mono Constructions was the only Australian company to be nominated. The award recognised the pinnacle of safety performance in our industry, honouring a commitment to safety, occupational health management and risk control.

Master Builders Association
Mono is a proud member of the Master Builders Association (MBA) of NSW, the leading building and construction industry and construction association across NSW.
As a non-profit organisation, MBA promotes the interests of those within the building and construction industry and protects the rights of organisation members. The MBA provides support and services in key areas, such as industrial relations, workplace health and safety, legal and contracts advice, training and government regulations and legislation.
Housing Industry Association
Mono is also a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA). In operation for more than 75 years, HIA speaks on industry issues and creates real change by providing quality services and working with the sector to maintain high standards through self-regulated commercial conduct.
