In partnership with the NSW Land and Housing Corporation Mono delivered 12 single dwelling apartments in the heart of Ryde. Thoughtful designed, these dwellings had all the comfort and size anticipated in a larger home with large kitchens and living spaces that flowed out onto private courtyards with landscaping. The properties were a great addition to the local Ryde council area and provided much need social housing for the community on behalf of the NSW Government.
