Mono Constructions was appointed by the NSW Land and Housing Corporation to assist in the development of much-needed quality social housing in the south of Sydney. Located in Peakhurst, these residential fit-for-purpose apartments were built to enhance the streetscape and assist in the revitalisation of community housing in the area.
The development boasted 16 modern social housing apartments over 4 levels, featuring an internal lift, large balconies and landscaped gardens. The modern design was great addition to Lawrence street and welcomed by the local community to further support the need for modern social housing.
