Mono has begun construction on a five-building complex for the final stage of LAHC’s Communities Plus Rosemeadow Renewal project. The complex will feature two and three-storey structures comprising 45 independent living units for seniors. It will include a split-level basement for parking, communal gardens with all necessary utilities connections, extensive site and landscaping works, and enhancements to the public domain.
