Mono has begun construction on a five-building complex for the final stage of LAHC’s Communities Plus Rosemeadow Renewal project. The complex will feature two and three-storey structures comprising 45 independent living units for seniors. It will include a split-level basement for parking, communal gardens with all necessary utilities connections, extensive site and landscaping works, and enhancements to the public domain.

This commitment is reflected in the delivery of durable, low-maintenance buildings with a high level of amenity for residents and each apartment, complemented by contemporary design elements that enhance the community.
