Mono is delivering a four-building complex at Airds Stage 9 as part of LAHC’s Airds Bradbury Project. The project features two and three storeys’ structures comprising 31 Seniors Living Units. The scope also includes basement parking spaces, communal gardens including all associated utilities connections, site and landscaping works, and public domain works.
Mono continues to support LAHC in its objectives to create long-lasting, low-maintenance buildings with good amenities and contemporary design for the community.
Airds Stage 9 Seniors Housing is one of many housing projects that Mono is working on with LAHC to achieve its objectives of building homes in NSW to confront the housing crisis and meet the needs of the residents and the community.
