Mono has successfully completed the Sophie Street Telopea development for Homes NSW, delivering a modern four-storey development of 21 social housing units to support the growing needs of the community. The project includes a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom dwellings, along with three adaptable units to provide accessible living options for residents.
The development incorporates a basement level, communal garden areas with feature retaining walls and curved seating, and all associated utility services. Sustainability features include solar panels generating energy-efficient power for the common areas.
Delivered in alignment with Homes NSW’s objectives to deliver safe, durable and efficient social housing, Sophie Street reflects Mono’s continued focus on quality construction outcomes and thoughtful design execution.
