Mono, on behalf of BlueCHP, has successfully delivered Pinaroo Apartments, a mixed-tenure development located at 20-22 Mindarie Street and 30 Pinaroo Place in Lane Cove North. This project comprises 30 apartments, including 9 dedicated to social housing, 6 designed as specialist disability accommodation units, and 1 reserved for onsite support services. The remaining 14 apartments are for private market.
Pinaroo Apartments contributes to the Lane Cove Council’s objective of completing 3,400 new homes by 2029, addressing the pressing need for affordable housing in New South Wales. BlueCHP acquired the site through the government’s Communities Plus Program to offer more housing options for disadvantaged.
Mono commenced the project as an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) partner, progressing to successfully complete the design and construction phases. The project was delivered in November 2024.
