Delivered for our repeat client NSW Land and Housing Corporation, 77-79 Trafalgar Street is the latest contribution to the revitalisation of the Peakhurst community. In a plan to drive better outcomes for social housing tenants the development consisted of a three-storey residential apartment building containing 15 modern 1 and 2 bed dwellings over 3 levels with 16 car parking spaces, lift, large balconies, recessed entries, dependable and disability living provisions and generous landscaping to accentuate the streetscape.
Providing new, modern fit-for-purpose social housing to around 20 social housing residents was a significant uplift for the local government area located close to Peakhurst Town Centre. Two of the apartments were constructed as adaptable for those living with disability and mobility restrictions.
Constructed under NSW Government’s $400 million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package the project will help boost economic recovery and the growing demand for affordable housing for those most in need contributing to the revitalisation of the neighbourhood.
